The Top Floor includes a large open porch with outdoor sitting/dining spaces, full kitchen with bar, furnished with stainless steel appliances an indoor dinning area. A master bedroom with a Queen size bed, closet, private bathroom and Washer/Dryer. There is also a sofa that doubles as two Full size beds. There is a large driveway for parking.
