Welcome to our private, peaceful and centrally located village cottage . The cottage is tucked away in its own secluded garden, less than five minutes' walk from the three village pubs, the village farm shop, cafe, post office, sports ground and parish hall. It has been recently renovated and is furnished with high quality linens, furniture and appliances. It is a light filled, relaxing space in the heart of Ashover and on the doorstep of the Peak District, close the the spa town of Matlock.

Fairfield Loft, Ashover - Village hideaway for two
Fairfield Loft is in the heart of the lovely village of Ashover with the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and Peak District National Park right on the doorstep.
Tucked away behind Stamp, our coffee shop and village post office, the space was renovated in 2021 with comfort and quality in mind.
There's lots to see and do in the area but if you simply want to relax then spend the days exploring the many beautiful local walks and maybe wind down with a drink or two in one of the friendly local pubs.

The Retreat a cosy cottage in Derbyshire
The Retreat... is a thoughtfully converted, upside-down, end-of-terrace holiday cottage which has a traditional feel to it and both the living room and bedroom have a Juliet balcony with views over the Amber Valley. The Retreat was fully renovated in early 2013 and released as a holiday cottage in May of that year
