This is is a fully equipped self contained apartment, which has open plan living area, kitchen, and dining area. Upstairs has open plan bedroom with a double bed and walk in wardrobe. Also upstairs is a bathroom fitted with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. All bed linen and towels are provided. There is a TV with freesat digital box, wifi and the open plan living room/kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hob/oven, electric kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils. Including a dining table and seating. There is Gas central Heating in the property. We have 2 separate outside spaces for guests with seating areas. See photos on listing It is just 20 minutes drive to Derry City and 4 mins drive to Limavady. You can avail of Public transport directly outside the property gates. It is located in a great location so you can easily travel the sights of the causeway coast such as the Giants Causeway, Bushmills Distillery, Mussenden Temple, Benone and Downhill beaches, Portrush and Portstewart are all easily accessible by car. It is a great location if you are travelling here for NW200 or Golf Competitions etc The Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh, The Titanic Quarter in Belfast, and the beautiful Donegal & Derry countryside are all within reasonable travel distances. The village of Ballykelly is approximately 4 min walk away and has shops, post office, Fuel Station, Restaurants, Bakeries and Pubs. There is a forest trail just 3 mins walk from the property if you enjoy walking, jogging or cycling. Limavady and the Roe Country Park is just 5 mins drive away with an 18 hole golf course at the Radisson hotel at roe park. The hotel also has a beautiful spa.
