House with the garden and space for parking with lots of ligth and wooden floors. Lovely balcony. Dinining room, living room, 1 double room and 1 single room. New cooker, fridge and washing mashine. The house is located only 5 min walk away from the center of the town in very quite street. 5 minutes from all important shops and lovely restaurants.
You will have all you need to feel like at home to enjoy your holidays, short or long stay in this green city. House belongs to filmmakers so it has artistic mood, having been decorated with souvenirs from all around the world bought by the owner while traveling around for filming.
In the city of Banjaluka you don't really need any public transport you can walk everywhere or use a bike - city is known for its green streets, beautiful river Vrbas ( if you re into rafting you would love your stay in BL ) and is surrounded with green hills which are great for all of you who love nature and hiking.
House is very welcoming - but you cant smoke in the house - there is garden where you can smoke or do B&Q with your friends.You can book house for 1 night but in that case price is bit higher as its extra work - so whole house for 1 night is 80 euros for up to 3 people + 25 a night for extra person ( if its more then 3 ) for minimum stay of 3 nights or more price per house is 40 euros a night and plus extra person 25 euros extra per person.We also charge for cleaning this is one fee of 40 euros per a stay.In case of New Year or any other big holidays the price of the house is higher. Also in winter months when heating is used the costs in the house are higher and that also effects a price of the rent.
