The cabin is at White Sky Woods Homestead, 240 acres we steward in historic Jacobsville. Our family remodeled this home which is built around the original settler's hand-hewn cabin.

Lake Michigamme Cabin
Cozy log cabin nestled in the woods on Lake Michigamme. In the winter you can snowmobile (trailer parking available), cross-country ski, snowshoe, or ice fish out your back door. Centrally located for downhill skiing enthusiasts from Marquette Mountain, Mont Ripley, and Ski Brule. Unwind and relax by the fire after a day exploring. In the summer enjoy kayaking or fishing and swimming off the dock. Many beautiful hiking areas nearby to explore.

Our peaceful cabin is located directly on beautiful Lake Superior and now has a sauna! We have water toys for the kids to enjoy as they swim, and there are 4 kayaks and a canoe, plus a stand up paddleboard available to use. We are close to hiking, fishing, boating, waterfalls, and other outdoor adventures. In the winter, you are close to snowmobile trails, and have direct lake access for ice fishing to catch walleye and pike.
