You’ll love my house because of the views, the outdoors space, the peace and silence. My place is good for families (with kids). Near NP Paklenica (20 min with car) and town Starigrad. Town Zadar is 1 h with car (sea pipe organ, snt. Donat etc...)
Nearest shop is 3 min by car/ 10 min by foot. Nearest reataurant is 10 min by car, and city Starigrad is 15-20 min by car.
We have place renovation 2019 year, new kitchen, bath, etc...
At the Beach is free beach loungers and gazebo for the beach.
