My house sits on a large plot with no near neighbours, in an area of outstanding natural beauty with uninterrupted views across fields. It's very quiet except for birds and the occasional fox barking in the distance. I am situated halfway between Stonehenge and Avebury with other prehistoric sites practically on the doorstep. There are plenty of great footpaths and cycling routes and the Kennet and Avon Canal is nearby. There is a resident dog, a collie-sized cross breed.

The annexe is self contained with its own entrance so you can have complete privacy. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and countryside, it is located in the beautiful, quiet village of Marden in the picturesque Pewsey Vale. There are some fabulous walking routes from the annexe and some wonderful local pubs. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to sites of interest to explore and the towns of Marlborough, Pewsey and Devizes are a short drive away.
