Our dock offers an opportunity to experience river thrills. Dock a small boat or jet ski & store the trailer on site. Enjoy a 5 minute boat ride to Brockville, Ontario.
The cottage has A/C and a 120 volt outlet at garage for use by specific electric vehicles.
Kitchen includes pots, pans, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, dishes, glasses, silverware. Propane fired grill on site.
Off-season enjoy fishing & leaf peeping.

Come enjoy this rustic 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath open concept log cabin. This Cabin sits on a 1 acre, 150' lake front property located on Black Lake, NY ~20min from Canada and the 1,000 islands/St. Lawrence Seaway.
Window fans throughout for comfort, but summers are still warm. Baseboard heat but this is limited in its abilities.
Boat lift depending on conditions.
You may bring your own linens, if you wish. Linens provided, but we do ask that you wash after your stay, laundry on site.
