Plenty of parking in front yard for two vehicles & the boat and large level, shady backyard with access to Googley's reserve (not fenced).
Sleeps 6-7 with 1 Queen, 2 Singles + trundle in 2nd bedroom & 2 Singles in the sleepout which has a TV and access to 2nd shower/toilet in the laundry.
