The house is only a 30 minute walk or 3 minute drive into the picturesque town of Rye and a short drive to Camber sands.

Large apartment in the centre of Rye old town with lovely views over Romney Marsh. 1 minute walk to the high street, 10 minute drive to Camber Sands beach. A period property with a balcony and a private decked garden, plus Wifi and fibre broadband. Set over 3 floors, there's a bedroom with king size Hypnos bed and en suite with rainfall shower; a living room with comfy sofa, TV, Netflix and an antique desk; and a kitchen with Nespresso machine. Stairs are quite steep so not suitable for kids.
