Newly renovated 3 bed house with parking space, spacious back garden, spacious room.It is centrally located, there are 2 bus stops in front of the house, only 2 mins walk. Also, Metro bus is in walking distance, about 10 mins walk.
There is direct bus to City centre, and some more places. There is a pub
which offers variety of breakfast lunch and dinner options and a local shop in walking distance, 2-3 mins walk.
If you drive, Emersons Green retail park is only 3 minutes drive from the house.

Our newly renovated annex is a comfortable, quiet haven perfect for the business traveller or singles/couples looking to explore Bristol, Bath or the Cotswolds. We are an easy walk to the Bristol and Bath science park and close to transport links to the centre of Bristol. The property is fully equipped with its own parking spaces, a private courtyard, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath, and a good size kitchen/living space. We offer unlimited free wifi and TV incl Amazon Prime.

Bright and airy room
Cosy and bright private room in a calm, residential area. Whether you are in Bristol for work or leisure this place will give you a homey feeling when you come back after a busy day. The room is located on the first floor with the window facing garden. You are welcome to use the living room, kitchen / diner area and the office. There is a free of charge parking space at the front of the house. You would be sharing with me, my partner and our pets (a small, very friendly chihuahua and a cat).
