מה נעשה

This experience begins with us meeting at the bottom of the mountain at the main entrance next to the welcome center. Once all parties have been accounted for, we take a series of deep breathes and begin our silent trek up the mountain.

As we travel up the mountain we allow our thoughts to flow and our breathe to be the soundtrack of our journey. We listen to our bodies and become incredibly mindful of our surroundings, our thoughts, and our feelings.

Once we’ve arrived at the top, we share our thoughts, ideas, feelings etc from the hike, write in our journals for a while and then we begin our meditation.

Hiking Kennesaw Mountain is a beautiful trip full of wonderful natural scenery and plenty of room for contemplation and introspection. Coupling this beautiful location with years of experience in the practice of meditation is perfect for creating an experience that opens the mind, body, and spirit within the perfection of nature.

My guests join me in a silent hike up Kennesaw Mountain and share affirmations, feelings, and thoughts once we’ve made it to the top, before we bring ourselves back to center and partake in a collective meditation guided by yours truly.

Lauren was the most relatable and genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This was such an eyeopening, once in a lifetime experience. She was so open and I felt as if I had known her forever. I was hesitant about the silent portion, however, this was so essential for the rest of the experience. Bring a journal if possible you will use it! Be open-minded and really embrace the experience for what it is. Lauren is so great and I am sure my friends and I will definitely be back to hike with her again. She created such a safe and free environment to share our stories and unite with one another. If you are considering doing this -- DO. You will not regret it.

This was a very personal, inspiring hike for me. Lauren made us all feel very safe by her warm and welcoming demeanor. She set us up well through clear expectations and breathing exercises.
