Origami unites people and creates happiness, resulting in peace and smiles all around the world. I will set up for you an online origami class when you make booking. Please prepare internet environment and origami papers in advance, I can guide you after booking :-).
I will give you a handout for the class, pdf format being sent by airbnb message in advance. In the class, I’ll introduce you my place Tokyo suburb and show you some amazing origami works for ice-braking and some chat with the other attendees (note: group booking available). Then I'll teach how to fold some attractive origami works: easy and fun, just relax with having a cup of drink :-). Using origami paper you prepare, you'll be walked through each step of folding. You'll have a couple of origami works completed in the class. Some of guests make a group booking as special present for Birthday, Christmas and so on. Others do so as a team building/refreshment after work.

I recommend you to join with PC, however tablet or smartphone should be no problem if you are well prepared on microphone and camera for online meeting tool (zoom). Please ask me to make a connection test (short chatting) in advance, if you like.

As a native of Japan, I have been making and teaching origami for more than 10 years. I’m an origami instructor certified by the Nippon Origami Association and Japan Origami Academic Society. Many guests have said that they learned new techniques and improved some familiar ones with my instructions which is easy to understand and follow. They consider me as a wonderful instructor, who is very knowledgeable and friendly. That means I myself have been given great time with guests, which I appreciate. I believe origami can unite people around the world. Folding origami can create a sense of happiness, resulting in peace and smiles all around.

Teru gave us a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend. Teru was very friendly and patient with all the participants of the experience. He showed us some of his amazing more complicated origami works and taught us how to make several figures. His great explanations of how to do some of the more complicated folds made them simple and trivial!
