Snorkel the magical African Seaforest
Welcome to Cape Town Freediving! You are about to snorkel the magnificent Great African Seaforest, one of the SEVEN NATURAL WONDERS OF THE WORLD! There are only 9 such eco-systems globally & only ONE along the African continent. OVERVIEW: 1. We start with a warm welcome & introduction. Next we will brief you on the snorkel location for the day and answer questions / provide information as to what to expect at the snorkel site. 2. We provide you with a high quality wetsuit & snorkel gear to keep you snug & warm. 3. We bring a big yellow buoy for safety & for you to hold on to if a little more reassurance is required. THE SNORKEL ADVENTURE: We will be in the ocean (snorkelling) for about 1 hour. We access each location from shore (not a boat) & choose the location with your utmost enjoyment, safety & ease in mind. We will explore the incredible kelp forest floating/gliding on the ocean surface. The kelp forest is an incredible sight to see and some of the things we may encounter include kelp forest landscapes, schools of fish, sea stars, seals, penguins, small sharks, octopus & other curious sea creatures. The kelp forest is truly wild so come with an open & curious mind, be inspired & leave feeling refreshed & in awe. SEA YOU SOON! We can't wait to meet you & share this snorkel adventure with you! Party in a township
A township weekend does not from a from Friday - Sunday, a township weekend is everyday of the week. If you didn't know this now YOU know. Join us a for taste of local culture as one party at one of Cape Towns most most popular lifestyle spaces Rands Cape Town. An opportunity for to dance, eat, drink and be entertained by some of the best DJ is the city. Meet locals , make everlasting memories and have an opportunity to attend world class events with some of the most welcoming people that you will ever meet. We will start off our day by meet at the Lookout Hill where we give you a brief history about Khayelitsha as well as 360 view of the community from the top of Lookout Point (Khayelitsha Height view). We then walk down Spine Road (Khayelitsha lifestyle street) and be part of a culture of young who park their cars next to the road, play loud music and mingle with friends. Our destination will take us to Rands Cape Town where we will enjoy local meals (Tshisa Nyam with pap, spinach feta and chakalaka), while listening to good and music and dancing away to some of the best house music mixes. First Round of drinks will be on us but collectively we buy the food together. Other things to note Please be advise this experience does include alcohol so we do have a limit of how much we get to consume, plus if you have any allergies or can crowded spaces please alert us.
Surf Lesson Experience in Muizenberg
Our 1½ hour surf lessons can be scheduled at a time convenient to you. Your surf coach will remain with you for the duration of your lesson, providing you with coaching at your own pace. All Surf/SUP lessons include: 1½ hours of surf coaching Rental of surfboard and wetsuit Use of our spacious club facilities (separate men’s and ladies change rooms, lockers and hot showers) What to bring: Please bring your swimming costume, towel, sunscreen and dose of enthusiasm! What to expect during your first surf lesson: Your lesson will be tailored according to your own surfing skill level. Your coach will teach you the essentials of learning how to surf and equip you with the knowledge of how to ride your first wave. Township & African food experience tour
This experience is an immersive township visit to the vibrant Imizamo Yethu settlement in Hout Bay. You will interact with the locals, visit local project like Iziko Lobomi, where you can buy craft, they charge R30 for entrance. We will visit a youth project Sakhisizwe YDP where you will be entertained by music/dance or soccer. We will walk the streets of Imizamo Yethu and end off at Mama Mirriam's B&B where we will experience local food tasting. This will be an experience to remember. Other things to note We will walk slowly, interact with locals, entrepreneur's and end off with African lunch at Mama Mirriam's place
Discover Scuba Diving In Simons Town
Have you always wanted to try out scuba diving? With this experience, you'll be able to discover the lesser-known underwater world of Cape Town without needing any prior diving experience. Join me, a local PADI Professional who will show you the kelp forests, seals, penguins, small sharks and fish varieties that Cape Town has to offer. *Meet at the meeting point. (Jubilee square) *Get ready and try on your diving gear and equipment ( booties, wetsuits, fins, mask, hoodies and buoyancy device) * We'll head to the dive site that I will choose on the day based on your experience level and weather conditions. * I'll then do a detailed briefing that covers safety, hand signals and what to expect on your scuba dive. *Once we are ready we'll get kitted up and go blow some bubbles. Other things to note Bring your towel, swimming wear, and sunscreen and be prepared for an awesome experience. A pickup can be arranged. Possible to rent a camera for underwater photos.

Scenic Paddle Board around Simon's Town
We will meet at Surfshack SUP in Simon's Town where you will be welcomed and get ready. We have short sleeve wetsuits which you may use and compulsory life jackets. Once ready we will head down to the beach, I will go over paddle techniques and safety with you. Then we will practice the different paddle techniques in a small protected bay this will take about 15 minutes. Once you have perfected the techniques we will paddle out around Simon's Town Bay getting a unique and memorable view of the historical Simon's Town navy, town and mountains this will take about 1hr. After the paddle session we will go back up to Surfshack SUP. This activity is weather dependent, please make sure to respond to messages and be in contact with me before the session goes out. Other things to note please let me know if you have any special requests, any injuries or disabilities I should know about, if you can not swim or are nervous in the ocean. just let me know and i can see how I can accommodate you.

We'll meet at an Iconic surf shop to talk SA's surfing history & modern day board shapes. Then kit you with best surf equipment. Wind, tide & swell dependent you will get to surf the best local surf breaks on the day for your skill level. Local knowledge plays a huge part. Whether we hit the Atlantic or Indian ocean, there is a plethora of epic breaks & I’ll help uncover something for all persons Other things to note This experience is for all levels of surfing, please read reviews for a good understand of the experience. Meet Terry Corr, Your qualified Marine Conservationists and Sea Kayak guide at our Shark Warrior Adventure Centre at Seaforth beach, receiving an interactive presentation. You will receive a safety briefing before jumping into our comfortable sea kayaks, and head out into the big blue. Rounding the corner, you will be faced by incredible African Penguins at Boulders Beach. Paddling is easy, at your own pace and we reach the remote Windmill beach, where we spend time in the sun swimming. On our return journey, we head out to Ark rock to visit playful cape fur seals. We paddle back to our centre to complete our experience. An awesome adventure that is responsible, the best way to meet the Penguins, learn more about sharks, and the wonderful creatures that inhabit the unique kelp forests. Other things to note Very Important! As an AirBnB experience and required by SA Government regulations, we require all our guests to follow our CoVid 19 Protocol which requires mask wearing, hand sanitizing, temperature check and social distancing. Kelp forest snorkel experience with a marine biologist
You will develop a new appreciation for the ocean environment and the character of Cape Town's kelp forests. Kelp forests are magical places of serenity and wonder. We start with a crash course on the unique geography of the Cape Peninsula, and the processes that make Cape Town one of the most bio-diverse ecosystems on this planet. We follow up with a quick fish and shark identification lesson, where you'll be introduced to the marine life you may see on the snorkel. Then we get in the water where you help collect data for our marine research program that investigates the diversity and abundance of the local reef and kelp systems. Let's get wet and submerse ourselves in the underwater forests! Other things to note Guests must be comfortable swimming as this is a water-based experience. Minors (<12) must be accompanied by an adult.
Cape Town Water Biking Ocean Adventures
A fun and adventurous water biking ocean activity, departing from our private marina in the harbour. Meandering through the yacht basin towards the beach, then heading up to the Clan Stuart Ship wreck, dating back to 1914, before turning back towards the historical naval base. We often encounter playful Cape fur seals, other marine life and various marine birds along the way. Our premium non-motorized water bikes are eco-friendly and are designed to be used on the ocean. These easy no-hassle water bikes are silent, very stable, do not emit emissions, simple to steer and do not require any balancing.

Cycle to the tip of Africa in the wild
Meeting at one of Cape Town's more popular Cyclist's destinations , we will set off riding on high-end road or mountain bikes depending on tailored route for your groups skill/fitness whether you an elite hitter or weekend warrior. This could entail a scenic 20 – 100km loop of the most beautiful undulating roads and trails of the Cape Peninsula. Meandering though the less used roads/tracks we will be on the lookout for wildlife whilst engulfed by indigenous Fynbos and shown hidden vantage points of the peninsula by your Pro. With the Indian and Atlantic ocean breezes briskly blowing on our peloton we will tempo over the mountainous scapes back along the coast cliffs. This ride will ensure you leave enriched with endorphins and everlasting memories. Other things to note Moderate fitness is needed & capable of riding a bike 10 miles is required to enjoy this experience. I cater for elite to novice riders, let me know bike size and fitness level in order to plan route. Snorkel kelp forest & secret Penguins
We will meet in the small touristic town of Simons town at Jubilee square. From there we will go fit all the gear we will need for the snorkeling in the kelp forest. Then we will go to the private beach where we will get ready and listen to a safety briefing. After we will enter the water from the beach that's great for people that gets seasick by boat but also want to explore the ocean. Then we will start our snorkel tour between the kelp forest where u can see all kinds of underwater gems. After snorkeling, we dry off and go for a penguin walk to see the penguins in there natural habitat. Other things to note To book this experience u need to be reasonably fit and able to swim.
Move to the township rhythm
Dance like music has a way of connecting people from all walks of life, join me for 2 hour dance class where we explore some of South Africa`s most dynamic dance styles. A session where I will not only teach you how to dance like a local but as well give you a musical background of how these dance connect with our ever changing music industry. Our meeting point will be at Thusong Sports Complex (Located in the Khayelitsha CBD) where I teach young kids from on how to dance, there parking available at the venue so if you are driving please rest assured that we got you covered. Upon arrival I will give you a short background history of Khayelitsha, Thusong and slow breakdown our experience by taking memorial of the township dance culture through a visual demonstration of each dance style according to the music genre. Don't be intimidate dance is all about self experience so be free to express yourself. Soon enough we will start our session with basic stretches, easy body movements where will should how to interpret sound, feel beat and move to it. Once we have our rhythm we have a short dance Gqom routine (a local street style dance) and later break for lunch at the healthy Spinach King Café or at 4Roomed Ekasi Culture. The Spinach is a 5 minute walk from our venue so this short walk should give more insightful experience on life and culture of Cape Towns largest township. Other things to note This experience is more than just another dance class, about learning, music, people and the township culture.
Cuddle with hypoallergenic cats while enjoying tea & snacks
Guests will be greeted by established South African artist and Russian Siberian Forest Cat breeder Cherylee Sue Powell in a 2000sqm garden, in front of an over 70 year old renovated Cape Dutch house with view over Nordhooek beach. For the Cat Cafe high tea guests can sit on blankets on the lawn, on the terrace or inside the Cape Dutch House, depending on the weather. Guests will be introduced to and accompanied by a broad variety of hypoallergenic cats of different ages, who are very friendly, dog-like, cuddly and curious. While being served freshly made juices, tea or coffee together with home baked savory tartes, sweet treats and scones, guests can play with cats, pet them, take pictures and even pick them up. Having Cherylee on their side, a cat breeder since 2011, they get the ultimate chance to learn all and everything about breeding, cat behaviour, nutrition etc. Our cat cafe is currently the only one worldwide that has hypoallergenic cats, meaning people who are usually allergic to cats can also enjoy this experience.
Meditation & Creative Hike Cape Town
Join me for a mountain hike where we'll learn about the smallest but most diverse floral kingdom in the world - Fynbos. Bring your journal along for some sketching and poetry exercises (no pressure). We will practice walking meditation and co-create natural mandalas. Mindfulness, breathing techniques, Qi Gong and Goethean observation enrich our experience. Don't worry, no prior experience required. I'm used to working with all ages and interests, so adapt to your needs. You don't have to be shy -- I'm easy going and just love sharing this beauty with others in a way that allows you to really connect. Take it all in - the gorgeous vistas of the Fairest Cape in all the World - while making peace with your inner landscape. Other things to note We can tailor this experience to your needs -- duration & difficulty -- for example we can do a child-friendly version and a wheel-chair friendly option.
