Guided Historical tour about Shimla
The heritage walk starts from the Christ Church,which is located at the western shoulder of Jakhu Hill and east towards the Viceregal Lodge. Shimla has a number of places to visit. Local hangouts like The Mall and The Ridge are in the heart of the city. Most of the heritage buildings in the city are preserved in their original 'Tudorbethan' architecture. The former Viceregal Lodge, which now houses and Indian Institute of Advanced Study, During the walk your guide will take you through a number of old buildings such as Gaiety theatre, General Post Office, Imperial Bank, Railway Board Building, Gorton Castle, Knockdrin, Kennedy Cottage, Cecil Hotel,and Viceregal Lodge and you will find every building has a different style of architecture with many stories of the past. Your guide will narrate various facts and history about the old buildings as you enjoy the nature walk. The last point of your heritage walk is the Indian Institute of Advanced Study. After learning about Shimla history your tour ends and you can take local transportation by own. Other things to note For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. This experience requires good weather. Heritage Walk full of Culinary Delights
We take you to the old town and streets of Shimla, exploring different variety of street food, mix cuisines and meeting locals talking about the historical significance of different buildings and structures. You can enjoy a mix of street food, heritage and cultural walk with us. We start from one end of The Mall Road, explaning you the historical significance of the structures we cross, we enjoy some freshly made local ice cream. Reaching the heart of The Town, we visit a beautiful one of a kind theatre. Here we also will visit some amazing chaat shops and tea shops of Shimla. Our next stop will be for Himachali delicacies, where you may enjoy some local pahari meals made in traditional ways. Now walking towards the Scandal point we take you to the oldest GPO's of India all made in wood. From here we walk towards The Ridge, which gives you a 360° view of some really high mountain peaks. Understanding the significance of the place we walk towards a small local Dhaba serving an Indian-Chinese fusion dish. Our walk ends in Lakkar Bazar where you can purchase wooden items, hand made gifts and souvenir's.

Join me to experience the joy of riding a mountain bike amidst beautiful views of Dhauladhar ranges, enjoy sight-seeing, cherish the nature closely and explore hidden treasures. You will be provided with a well equipped mountain bike, suitable costume for cycling and helmet for safety. We will ride as a group and will take you to some of the beautiful landscapes, close to nature, lovely views, beautiful tea gardens etc. I will be riding along and will support you throughout the ride (in case of any help needed) to make the experience memorable for you. Ride Duration - around 3 hrs On the Ride day - 1. Everyone to reach and meet at the venue as per scheduled time. For private group bookings I can arrange bikes at your hotel/stay (if within our service area) and the ride will start from there. Contact us to check for the possibility. 2. Costumes and helmet will be provided. 3. After everyone is ready a small session "Know your bike" to make you aware about the bike and ride ethics, followed by bike-fit check and a short trial to make you comfortable with the bike. 4. All set to go for the ride and explore the nature. I will be riding along to guide and support throughout the ride. Manali Mountain Hike
Explore some amazing mixed and pine forest, alpine meadows, quaint mountain streams, big Himalayan panoramas with me around Manali and the Kullu valley. All my walks have a strong focus on Self Discovery, Walking as a form to meditation, Forest Bathing and Birding. Most of the trails I choose are away from popular tourist hikes. Usually all my walks last between 2 - 8 hours and I can also tailor make walks based on your specific requirements. I cater to lunch and trail snacks on all my walks and the menu for all our lunches is flexible depending on what you have in mind. We will usually meet at a common location before beginning our walk. We can also organise hotel pick ups and drops at an extra cost.
Drive through a beautiful valley
Join me on one of the most beautiful drive in Himachal Pradesh and create memories you cannot forget. We will go through the Worlds Longest tunnel above 10k ft, the Rohtang Tunnel – the landscape changes once we reach the North Portal part of the tunnel. You will also see sisu waterfall(Frozen in winters), keylong where we'll halt for an hour for lunch and will finally reach Jispa from where Darcha (last village in himachal district) is just 4 kms away. This drive is easy and you'll see the landscape change after every turn.
A Forest Hike and Cooking with Three Shepherd Dogs
Join me on one of the most unique experience in the Himalayas. We will hike around 1km easy trails which is being used from local kings to British and now local villagers. Throughout our hike we will talk about history, seasonal behaviour of the forest, some 200/300 years old trees, unmanaged temple, gharat (a traditional wheat mill) and the village itself. We will be accompanied by our three shepherd dogs. We will make our lunch with some great views in the forest alongside some great conversations.
Heritage walk in Chandigarh
Option 1 Visit the Capitol Complex: 10:00 am- 12:30 PM The Capitol Complex, also designed by Le Corbusier, represented India for the heritage status. The buildings at the Capitol Complex include the Open Hand monument, Punjab and Haryana high court, Tower of Shadows, Geometric Hill, the legislative assembly and the secretariat. Lunch @additional cost Visit the Chandigarh Architecture Museum and Govt Museum and art Gallery 2:00 PM- 4:30 PM The building that houses the Architecture Museum was designed by Architect S.D. Sharma, who trained directly under Corbusier and Jeanneret. The Architecture museum building had to be conceptualised and designed in a way that was congruous with the adjacent Art Museum. Option 2 Maison Pierre Jeanneret The house of Chandigarh's first Chief Architect, Pierre Jeanneret has been converted into a museum. The Swiss-born architect Pierre Jeanneret, a cousin of Le Corbusier, was instrumental in the design and development of the capital city of Chandigarh.  He remained in Chandigarh from February 1951 to August 1965, and designed most of the government housing, schools, colleges, shopping centres, Gandhi Bhawan, Punjab University, & others. Food & Culture Tour, Raw Edition
Join us in this food and culture tour, and be prepared to immerse yourself in the local way of life. After introducing ourselves at the meeting point, we will kick off the tour with a hike to the hidden waterfall. Traversing through the village and shepherd trails we will stop at the hidden spot away from civilization. Over the snacks and refreshments, we'll start by getting to know one another and will go over your expectations for the tour. After spending about an hour at the stream, we will head back to the village. Further, we will head over to explore an old neighborhood of Bir. We'll take a walk through the village and stop at a small-scale handloom factory. With an opportunity to view various handwoven items and products, the tour carries a little demonstration of how a handloom works. We’ll proceed to enjoy a traditional Kangri Dham (Himachali Thali) prepared & served by a local family in their home. Enjoy Himachali delicacies and immerse yourself in conversation with locals, getting to know their cultures, traditions, and ways of living. We will end the tour with a small walk through the village with cultural sights around. Also, take home a souvenir bag full of surprising collectibles from Bir (It's on us). The Top Tibba Trek
Admire nature, feel the forests, experience the Himalayan Mountains. Know about the Himalayan flora and fauna, stories and people. Also Probably we'll learn a thing or two, some about the nature some about ourselves for every walk in nature brings us closer to our inner selves. Once we reach our starting point, essential briefing will be done again. After that we will jump right into action & start our hike. The trail will start from a point which has an elevation of approx. 6700ft above sea level and will lead us to the summit of Top Tibba which has an elevation of approximately 8,500 ft above sea level. Top Tibba can be approached from various angles & trails, some of which are quite challenging while some are relatively less strenuous. The trek will cover a trail that runs through dense forest of Oaks & Cedars, along with some grassy hillsides. The view of Doon Valley below, Mussoorie Township and the great Himalayas is superb from the Summit area. Distance: approx. 9 kms Minimum Time required: 4 hrs Highest point: 8,500/- ft above msl. Total elevation gain on this hike: approx 1800ft. The hike on average is uphill, some people might find it steep at places, some fitness level is required. NOTE: Not suitable for people having walking difficulties/ similar. The trek starting point is 12kms ahead of Mussoorie, hence you will need transportation to reach & return.
Introduction to Coffee with Live Roasting at Pahadee Coffee
We'll meet at PAHADEE Coffee Roastery located at Gunehar village, 4kms from Bir Paragliding landing site. We'll have a small tour of the coffee roastery, followed by a group introduction. We'll then start with "Coffee 101", which will be an interactive session. We'll understand the whole farm to cup process. After the informative session, participants will be offered a coffee beverage of their choice. Then comes the most interesting part, we'll fire up the roaster and understand how a coffee roaster works. We'll be doing a live roasting of a Indian specialty grade arabica. Roast level will be decided based on majority vote. We'll understand the science behind the roasting process and participants will be themselves involved with the roasting process. Once coffee is roasted, we'll have a myth buster session where all queries and myths will be addressed. Before we say goodbye, each participant will receive a bag of roasted coffee bean(grounded if needed). This is the same coffee we've roasted 30mins back! Every participant will reach one step closer to becoming a coffee connoisseur.
Day Hike Tour to Triund from Dharamshala
You will be picked up by your guide Main square of McLeod ganj market (meeting Point) and will take you location where the hike will start as per scheduled pick up time. Walk through the mixed forest of oak, rhododendron and deodar trees. The trail is well marked all the way up to Triund. From McLeod Ganj it is 3/4 hours steep ascent to Triund. Small tea shops on the way can provide good refreshments .Here you can refuel yourself by own expense. Triund is an alpine meadow situates atop a flat ridge with fine views of peaks of Dhauladhars on one side an Kangra valley on the other side. After spending quality of time in the lap of mountains start descending to McLeod Ganj. Take the same route on the way back or follow the grassy ridge which will lead to Bhagsu Nag Temple, after crossing a small waterfall on the way. McLeod Ganj is only 1.5 Km from the Bhagsu Nag by road. When the tour ends, you will return to original meeting point.
Benog HillTop Jungle Hike
We'll hike through a beautiful forest to Summit a Hilltop, that has Beautiful Panoramic views of the valleys below & the Himalayas up ahead! It is a beautiful day hike for rejuvenation and a perfect place for Nature Admirers. The Trail is wide enough & beautiful with abundant Tree cover for major part of it. On Meeting, necessary briefing will be done before we jump right into action. After that we'll hike into the forest where you'll see & enjoy the forest and learn about it's interesting big & smalls. I'll be providing you with refreshments at regular intervals i.e drinks & light snacks to keep you hydrated and energetic. The Hike is Easy going for Regular Hikers but can be of moderate Difficulty for First Timers. We might witness some barking deers and jungle Martin's walking around on the slopes. Kalij pheasants, langoors & Vultures are often easily spotted. Even though wildlife spotting cannot be guaranteed. What I can guarantee you is a wonderful pleasant time out there observing and admiring nature. Minimum Duration: approx. 4 hrs Distance: approx. 9 kms roundtrip. **Tour can be Customised - for longer**
Gangotri Tour
After breakfast visits the Gangotri Temple. The 18th-century temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. After performing the ritual (Pooja) we will walk to Pandava Gufa. It is said to be the site where the five Pandavas during the period of Mahabharata meditated while they were going to Kailash. One has to trek 1.5 km from Gangotri to reach this place. The way to reach the Pandava Gufa is quite scenic and captivating and is enveloped with lush greenery, hilly terrains, and endless natural bounties. After Pandava Gufa we walk back to Gangotri via Surya Kund is a place where pilgrims offer their prayers to the Hindu Sun God." Lunch after lunch walks back to the hotel.
