My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids), cyclists and walkers. The South Downs link nearby. Set near the centre of a rural village yet in a quiet location in a private close with off road parking . The house was built in 1991 with the traditional Sussex feature of knapped flint walls on the outside and modern facilities within.

The South Downs National Park, Beaches, Ashdown Forest, Brighton, Eastbourne and numerous National Trust and English Heritage properties all within 30 min drive.
