This is a self contained annexe attached to our house. It is totally private, except we may need occasional access to the garden provided.
Located in a beautiful village with good amenities, within easy walking distance to the broads and just 2 miles to the coast. Great Yarmouth and Norwich are both short drives away.

Within walking distance to both the sea and The Broads this charming cottage is great for birdwatching, seal viewing and nature walks. There are footpaths from the cottage taking you to Horsey's sandy beach or Horsey Mere. In Horsey there is a popular pub, café and the National Trust Windpump. The cottage has parking for 2 cars, and a large enclosed garden with far reaching views.
