Charming and cozy studio with a loft bedroom. This is attached to a barn that is on a working ranch/farm. The owners home is on the property and we live there full time. The 360 degree views are extensive, from Mesa Verde to the La Platas, you will be awe struck. This property is 1.5 hours from Moab and Telluride. Mesa Verde is 30 - 40 minutes away. Durango is 1 hour away. Cortez and Dolores are a 15 minute drive and they offer restaurants, pubs, groceries, and a movie theater.

You'll have lots of space to yourself, with your own study, bath, and bedroom with a queen-sized bed but you're also welcome to share the laundry room, the kitchen, and living room. For warmer days, you'll love sipping a glass of wine or a cold beer on the screened porch overlooking a large, fenced backyard (perfect for well-behaved dogs!). Dogsitting during the day while you're gone is also negotiable.
