Yoga Studio in Nature - Lake Harmony
We're back! :) In all of the Pocono region, this is a unique experience that offers Yoga in Nature in a beautiful cozy & luminous studio, surrounded by nature and animals. Science has now proven that being in nature provides important healing effects. Research also proves that muscle tension, pain, increased heart rate, and higher blood pressure—all symptoms of stress—fade or decrease with exposure to nature. Simultaneously, there have been increasingly more studies focused on the benefits and effects of yoga. Some recent studies highlighted yoga’s effects on conditions such as chronic lower back pain and reducing inflammation in the body, which can help stave off chronic disease. This experience starts with a breathing exercise to help participants dive into a state of mental and physical relaxation. This will bring calmness to their senses and pacify their mind. Breathing pure, fresh air with the sun radiating on our skin makes Pranayama and breathwork a delight and particularly healthy as we add the benefits of greater Vitamin D and oxygen supplies. The beauty of nature and yoga will have a profound effect on you. By focusing on the body, breath, and mind, it will create a connection between yourself and nature, it will calm your senses and pacify your mind.
