Pudsey train station with regular trains into Leeds & Bradford is 7-8 min walk away.
Located on a direct bus route - Very close, 2-3 minute walk to bus stop into Leeds or Bradford City Centre.
Cycling enthusiasts my home is located directly on the Leeds- Bradford Super Cycle Highway which opened in 2016.
Parking on private drive for one car

In a three-bedroom house with a shared bathroom, you'll have your own room. Free on-street parking is available on a new residential estate. It's conveniently placed between Leeds and Bradford, making it easy to get around by public transport or by car. Bradford city centre is about a 10-minute drive away, and Leeds is around a 25minute drive away. There are regular bus stops less than a 10 minute walk away. Morrisons is just over 5 minute drive away and a large Asda around 10 minute drive away.

Lovely Double Room in a quiet area
Lovely double bedroom in a 2 bedroom end of terrace modern house . The house is shared with myself and my two dogs and two cats.
There is a shared kitchen with breakfast bar, shared bathroom with a toilet and one extra toilet downstairs.
At the moment I work from home, usually in the living room during the day.
My place would ideally suit someone that likes pets and is looking for a homely place, no party people please.
I am friendly and easy going person but will respect ones privacy.
