Island Point Villa 4 is blessed with the most magnificent ocean views in Port Douglas. Facing north, the sun sets over the distant rainforest covered mountains - truly beautiful! Mornings can be spent watching Tour Boats depart the Marina.

Read a book on the balcony lounge or walk 2 mins to the Village for lunch or to shop. Superb and private 2nd floor apartment with excellent reviews by our guests :)

Island Point Villas 4 captures one of the most beautiful water and mountain views in Port Douglas. Facing north towards the Daintree, watch the sun set over the distant rain forest coastline - truly magnificent. Watch the tour boats depart the Marina each morning heading east towards the Great Barrier Reef. Ideally located on the exclusive Island Point Road and only a short 2 minute stroll down the hill to Macrossan Street where you will find many excellent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Our place has been completely refurbished and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for couples, friends and small families searching for that ' something special'.

The apartment is well set out and exudes a modern tropical ambience. Comprising open plan living in the dining and kitchen areas with comfortable lounge and chaise and tasteful dining setting. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, utensils and essential cooking items will give you the option of dining in whenever you wish. Large double sliding doors open to the balcony which runs the full length of the apartment. This is where you will find yourself spending much of your time absorbing the sensational views. Tastefully furnished with a magnificent timber day bed, outdoor lounge suite, dining table and BBQ.

The Master Suite with water views provides a king bed, flat screen TV and open plan en-suite, complete with bath, double vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom can be configured with 2 single beds or joined together to provide a second king bed. Amazing ocean views are once again captured through glass doors to the balcony. The second bathroom contains double vanities and frameless shower with the laundry area hidden within custom-made cupboards.

Modern and tasteful decor has been carefully chosen to provide a visually attractive and comfortable ambiance in keeping with this sought after location. Complimentary WIFI.
The apartment is in an ideal position within the small complex of 6 and has only 8 stairs up from the car park to front door.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk into the town where there are many restaurants, Pubs, bars and shops. Enjoy breakfast at "The Little Larder" which also has excellent coffee. After some shopping maybe have a massage at the Niramaya Day Spa and then explore the foreshore park with the beautiful and historical 'St Marys by the Sea' church. There are many excellent offerings for dinner within the Port Douglas township. A favorite of the locals is Salsa or for something more romantic try "Nautilus". An excellent Thai restaurant, Star of Siam, is located in the main street very close to the apartment. At the other end of Macrossan Street (5 mins walk) you will find more excellent restaurants "Zinc" or "Watergate".
For a very special occasion or for foodies - walk to Nautilus Restraurant (enter from Murphy St - easy to walk from our villa) and have dinner in a rainforest setting under the stars...
For a Pub meal, try the "Courthouse Hotel" (on the Corner) or "The Central Hotel". Don't miss the Cane Toad races at "The Iron Bar" at 8.30pm!
Walking up the hill from the apartment will take you to the lookout over 4 mile beach and a good place to catch the rising sun. Best view for Sunsets in Port Douglas is right on your own balcony!
Four mile beach is a 8 -10 minute walk though town from the apartment. The Marina from where you may board your boat to explore the Reef is a 5 -10 minute walk. The Marina also has some shops and a groovy bar with days beds"Barbados" & Hemingways Brewery, an amazing 2 level venue with crafted beer and food available. Sit back in big comfortable chairs with a craft beer and watch the boats come in.
