Enjoy a cozy experience at 1 or both of our centrally located creekfront units. Relax in the stylish newly renovated units overlooking Winkers Creek. Both units have 2 bedrooms & 1 bath. Full kitchen and spacious deck overlooking the water. Very close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and breweries. The bus stop is a short walk away, ASU & downtown Boone is a short 2 min drive. Only 3 miles to the top of App Ski Mountain. Bring your fly rod, skies or a good book & enjoy the mountains!

You have access to the upper & lower decks overlooking Winkers Creek. Units consist of 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and Roku smart tv's, 1 bathroom, full kitchen with all appliances, living / dining area off of the kitchen with 50" Roku smart tv, in unit washer and dryer are located in hallway. Extra linens and towels are located in hall closet.

Guest can enjoy the deck overlooking Winkers Creek as well as access to the creek. The best access is to walk on the lower level deck to the far side of the building and take the steps down to the path to the creek. Be Careful! Enter creek at your own risk! Rocks can be unstable and slippery.

Please note that this property is a (2) unit building that is on the upper level. You will use the stairs to access the units. Both units share an common wall in the hallways. We have insulated and doubled the layers of drywall on both sides to help cut down on sound transmission. Please be respectful of your neighbors (if any) and follow noise guidelines.
