Private room for rent in the Northeast area of Columbia, SC. Room is located up stairs and includes, a queen size bed that sleeps 2, with spacious closet. Also including a 32" flatscreen TV (firestock) and private bathroom across the hall. Den, kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite countertops, home gym and laundry room for guest use.

Private room located upstairs has enough room for 1-2 guest only. Chest is available for storage if closet and dresser aren't enough space for storing clothes. Fan, iron board, and iron in closet as well for guest use. 32" mounted TV in room. High speed wifi is also available!

Guest have access to their own private room and full bathroom in hallway. Downstairs den, kitchen, upstairs laundry room, and new home gym recently installed!! Bath towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer are located in the bathroom for guest use. You will be issued a key at check in and able come and go as you please.

Here whenever you need to talk or have a question. If not available, I'm a phone call/text message away. I work out of town and usually is home on weekends, so guest majority of the time have house to themselves.

Linen changed with each new guest and every 2 weeks for longer stay guest.

Newly installed water filter that runs 99% of purified water throughout the home; bathing, washing, and drinking.

Absolutely NO outside shoes in the house, socks are available in the basket by the door once you arrive.

Please cut off lights in rooms/areas you aren’t in or using.

Note to self: You have access to full kitchen. Bottom shelve in fridge is vacant for your food items. I’m not a tea or coffee drinker, but I do have a coffee pot for brewing your own morning coffee or tea. No toaster available.
