Welcome to 361 Ground Floor, a few blocks from the center of Queen Anne, one of Seattle's favorite neighborhoods. The house is located on a quiet residential street and your *apartment* has private access to the whole floor. 361 Ground Floor is conveniently located to take public transport into the center of Seattle, just a few minutes away. Whether you are staying for pleasure or work, you will be close to many tourist attractions, tech companies and hospitals.

The apartment has been renovated for all your needs, this is a stylish and cozy space and surprisingly light filled, boasting air conditioning for your comfort.
This is a perfect location to walk to the many coffee shops and restaurants or enjoy fresh produce from the local farmers market. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, so we just ask that guests keep things low-key and respectful. If you're planning to party with friends, we totally get it — but this probably isn’t the right spot. Thanks for understanding!

361 Ground Floor is a beautifully renovated apartment with light pouring in from both sides of the house. In the space you will find 2 queen size bedrooms with Casper medium firm mattresses with memory foam support, hypoallergenic pillows, and a dedicated office with two desks and a queen size pull out couch for overnight guests. Each bedroom has a large closet with wooden hangers and a dresser for your clothes. All bedding and towels are Oeko-Tex certified.

There is a large fully appointed kitchen with quartz countertops and a perfect spot at the breakfast bar for sitting to enjoy your morning coffee. We provide some tea and coffee to get you started, as well as salt, pepper & olive oil. There is also a full size dishwasher for your convenience with complimentary cleaning pods.

The dining table seats 6 people comfortably for family and friends to enjoy a home cooked meal.
In the living area, cozy up on the couch with one of the blankets provided in the basket, in front of the smart TV. There are also books and games in the console for your enjoyment.

The bathroom has a sumptuous rain shower and complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

The apartment has a separate laundry room with full sized appliances, complimentary detergent pods are provided.

Outside, soak up the sun in the shared south facing back yard, perfect for watching the resident hummingbirds flit around the apple trees or enjoying an evening drink with friends. If you are staying with us in season, you are welcome to help yourself to the three varieties of apples from our 5 apple trees!

The apartment is accessed through two doors. The first door opens into a lobby shared with landlord closet and also leads to your personal front door.
There is a space as you enter to leave your shoes and hang your coat.

There is a driveway to the side of the house that you may use for loading and unloading only. It is shared access and needs to be kept clear. There is free street parking in the neighborhood.

Due to our cleaning crews and inspection schedules, we are not able to accommodate an early check in. If you know that you are arriving early, we highly recommend booking the night before so that you have instant access.

There is a shared driveway to the side of the house that you may use for loading and unloading only. It is shared access and needs to be kept clear. There is free street parking in the neighborhood.

Pets are not allowed in the units.

No bikes are allowed in the apartment, we have a shed in the back yard with a padlock which can be made available upon request.

Please be courteous and respectful of the guests in the *apartment* above you as this house is over 110 years old and sound does travel through. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

This is a basement unit and the ceiling height is 6'7" through out, with a beam that runs between the living room and the kitchen which is 6'3".

For our guest bringing children we request that you supervise your children both inside and outside the property at all times, for their safety and to prevent any potential accidents or disturbances. This will ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests.

For longer staying guest, additional cleans can be arranged at the guest expense. The cleaners will clean the apartment & replace the bed linen and towels.

It is also home to the iconic Space Needle with its observation deck, plus the Museum of Pop Culture and Chihuly Garden and Glass. Upper Queen Anne is known for its 19th century homes and Queen Anne Avenue's stylish shops and cafes. Nearby Kerry Park has sweeping city views and 2 blocks away is East Queen Anne playground and wading pool.
