This modern house is off the grid (solar, rainwater) and on top of the cliffs overlooking the magnificent Murray River. You will not get a better sunset picture! 20 minutes from closest towns of Morgan and Waikerie, enjoy the natural environment.

For nature lovers you have an array of Conservation Parks within easy drive:

Our lovely little Eco-House has 3 bedrooms*, each with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living space. The modern well equipped kitchen looks over the large lounge/dining space - all with scenic views over the river.

It's great to stay here over all seasons:
Beautiful in winter with a slow combustion wood heater inside and a fire pit outside, and enjoy the river in the Summer. Bring your own kayak or tinnie and launch down on the river flat accessed by road 5 minutes away.

Comfortable dining for 8 inside looking over the river.

Wi-fi is not available -bring your own - or enjoy a tech free break.

* the third bedroom is accessed by going through the second bedroom or via an outside access door. A curtain in the doorway between bedroom 2 and 3 ensures privacy.

The house is located 20 minutes from Morgan and 25 minutes from Waikerie, 1 hour from Burra, 1 hour from the Barossa Valley.
You will enjoy the natural beauty of this location overlooking the Murray. You can access the river for walks, fishing and kayaking.
Next door caretakers and co-owners Nick and Rita, run a ceritified organic fruit and veggie farm. You may be lucky to be purchase freshly picked produce and home-made jams.

Hi! We are a small organic farm located in South Australia on the beautiful Murray River. Lebanese cucumbers are our main focus but come summer time our fruit orchard is bursting with plums, apricots, peaches and nectarines!
On our farm we have a few chickens, Nigel the rooster, Otto, our very energetic border collie, Narla the pug, two spoilt cats, and a slightly aggressive goat called Gilbert. The animals are definitely in charge and Nick, Rita, Katie and Adam do their bidding.
You are sure to see us around as our property is located just a short walk from the airbnb. We hope to see you on our beautiful piece of this planet.
