This inviting home features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, soft linens, four pillows, a cozy blanket, and an extra throw for cooler nights. There are also two twin sized air mattresses in the office. Every room includes a closet with hangers and a box fan, offering space to unpack and stay comfortable during your visit.

The main living area provides a bright, welcoming space to relax — complete with comfortable seating and a smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows or movies.

The dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and essentials for easy meal prep. You'll find a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of mugs to start your mornings right.

The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with towels and basic toiletries, and the laundry area includes a washer and dryer for guest use.

For your safety and security, exterior security cameras record activity on the property. These cameras are unmonitored and not actively viewed—they are used for historical review only if needed. No cameras are located inside the home. Any attempt to tamper with, cover, disable, or obstruct the cameras will result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

There are three queen beds in the home, all made and ready for use. Two twin air mattresses are also available—if you’d like to use them, you’ll need to inflate them with the built-in pump. The air mattresses, along with sheets, blankets, and pillows, are stored in the closet.

You’ll have two dedicated parking spaces in the private driveway. Street parking is free, but it is not available during the winter parking ban. If you need additional parking, you can use the Winooski parking garage and either Uber or catch a ride with another member of your group. It’s only five minutes away.
