This is a great place to retreat to and relax while still being in striking distance to the city and all its amenities. The house is located on just over an acre in Woodinville, WA. Come and stay close to the many wineries and breweries or simply roam the yard and meet the animals.

Enjoy the many wineries and breweries close by or a relaxing evening sitting around an outdoor fire. Great launching point for local trails. The newly remodeled kitchen accommodates all your cooking needs. The house is set on over an acre and makes a great escape from the city. Your kids will enjoy the friendly ducks and turkeys or roaming the organic garden.

The unit is two stories. We rent the bottom space and live in the top. It is an older house and the floors squeak a bit. So while downstairs you are able to hear us moving around upstairs. That said, we are a quiet family and haven't heard any complaints.

Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the smaller room with two twins.

The kitchen is newly remodeled, and while simple, it is fully equipped. It includes a two burner induction stove, coffee maker, convection microwave, basic spices, and everything you need to make a fantastic meal.

Bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. There is a hair dryer and iron available on request.

The space is very private, but if you want to interact, we love having guests.

This space has no TV but does have high speed Wifi.

Guests will be renting the downstairs of a two story house. The unit is totally private with its own entrance. There is an electronic key pad on the front, so late check in is not a problem. Guests have their own driveway and parking.

Our neighborhood is in rolling forested hills above Woodinville. Most of the homes around us sit on about an acre making our area feel very peaceful and remote. Our property has become somewhat of an urban farm over the last few years. We produce a large variety of berries in the summer months, eggs year round, and are always trying to make it a more beautiful place to explore.
