This 1-bedroom condo at Citygate Residence stands out for its size—58 sqm compared to the usual 36 sqm units—giving you extra comfort and breathing room. A generous balcony overlooks the pool and offers partial sea views, thanks to the residence’s open surroundings. Recently built, Citygate is Kamala’s most modern development, combining urban convenience with tropical style. Guests enjoy full access to resort-style amenities while staying just steps from the town center and the beach.

Step into a home that feels spacious and well-designed. The living room and bedroom are set apart, giving you privacy and a true sense of space—ideal for longer stays. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and TV invite you to unwind, while the open kitchen and dining area make everyday meals easy and relaxed. The bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower for a refreshing start or end to the day. Beyond the condo itself, the residence offers some of the best facilities in town, including a full gym, spa, pools, and even a health clinic with international doctors.

The apartment is 100% yours. You have access to all the shared residence facilities: several swimming pools, a saltwater pool, a rooftop terrace with stunning infinity pool and bar, a fitness center, a spa (extra fee), a breakfast zone (extra fee) and a fully secured car park. The condo also provides shared Wi-Fi.

Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and shared WIFI are also included.
Electricity is not included and will be charged separately at 200 THB/day. (The full amount of electricity will be charged at check-in).
Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.
Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the condo (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.
