[Futons & Towels]
Futons will be provided only when the reservation is made for the maximum number of guests.
Towels are prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation.
🧺 Towel Usage
Each guest will receive one set of towels (1 bath towel + 1 face towel).
During your stay, you may use the washing machine and bathroom dryer in the room to wash and reuse your towels.
Additional towels are available upon request (extra charge applies; please contact us for details).
Please note that depending on staff availability, additional towels may not be provided immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
[Check-in & Check-out]
Early check-in and late check-out are available at 2,000 yen per hour. We can also store your luggage upon request, so please feel free to contact us.
Please note that early check-in and late check-out may not be available if other guests are staying the night before or after your reservation.
[Lost Key]
If you lose the key, you will be charged a fine for replacement or compensation.
[Number of Guests]
Only those who made the reservation are allowed to stay in the room. No unauthorized guests are permitted.
[Non-Smoking]
The entire building is non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it may disturb the surrounding residents.
A fine will be charged if smoking is detected.
[Room Condition]
If the room is left excessively dirty at check-out (for example, spilled liquids on the floor or water running in the shower), an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room.
[No Pets or Parties]
Parties are prohibited inside the room. Please keep the noise down after 10:00 PM.
Pets are not allowed.
[Waste Sorting]
Please separate your trash into burnable, non-burnable, recyclable, and bulky waste.
If you have bulky waste, please contact us in advance.
[Long-Term Reservations]
For reservations of one month or longer, no deposit is required. However, you will need to sign a "Regular Lease Agreement" and a "Facilities Confirmation Form" (responsibility for repairs).
[Room Items]
Please do not remove any items from the room.
[Q&A]
Q1. Can I store my luggage before check-in?
Sorry, but we do not have a dedicated luggage storage area. Depending on the cleaning situation, luggage may be allowed in the room, but this is not guaranteed. If you need to store luggage securely, we recommend making a reservation the day before.
Q2. Can I request linen changes or cleaning during my stay?
Generally, no staff will enter the room during your stay, but additional cleaning or linen changes are available for an extra charge.
Q3. Will you collect my trash?
Trash will be collected free of charge on cleaning days. If you wish to have your trash collected on non-cleaning days, it will be subject to an additional fee.
Q4. Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
We generally do not accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, but early check-ins may be possible depending on the cleaning schedule. We recommend making a reservation the day before.
Q5. How do I enter the room?
You will need to register your guest information via a link sent after booking in order to receive a check-in code. After registration, the check-in code will be automatically sent to you on the morning of your stay.

Please be advised that demolition work is scheduled behind our building (behind LIFE TOWN KAMEARI). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
Period: Starting April 13, 2026 (prep work) – end of May 2026
(Schedule may change due to weather or progress.)
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Setup and cleanup may occur slightly before/after these hours.)
Please note:
・Noise and vibration may occur due to demolition work
・There will be no noise during nighttime or early morning hours
