Enter into this elegant home from the front entrance into an open plan living area with a lounge, dining table and fully equipped kitchen.

Adjacent on a shaded terrace alongside the pool is an outdoor dining table and braai. The villa has four loungers by the pool as well as four additional lounging chairs for guests to enjoy the poolside vista and peaceful garden.

This is a thoughtfully curated villa, with exceptional attention to detail. It prioritises luxury and comfort and effortlessly exudes serenity with its intentionally neutral colour palette complimented by the warmth of wood throughout. It eagerly invites guests to slow down, relax and immerse themselves in tranquility.

The bedrooms are situated on opposing sides of the villa offering guests privacy.

In the right wing of the house is the master bedroom suite with a king bed, air conditioning and an expanse of sliding doors opening onto the garden. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, bath and toilet.

In the left wing of the house is a second bedroom with a King bed with sliding doors opening onto the garden. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Additionally there is a separate guest bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The villa has a double garage for guests to use with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as back up power in the event of power failure.
