🚩Before Arrival: Once your booking is confirmed, please send valid IDs of ALL GUESTS for proper endorsement to the building administration and concierge. Non-compliance may result in denied entry.

ℹ️ Early check-in and late check-out has a fee of 300 pesos per hour, subject to availability.
🚩Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis with specific hourly rates for cars and motorcycles.
🚩Guest Capacity: The suite accommodates up to 2 guests. Only registered guests are allowed.
🚩Damages & Lost Items: Charges apply for all kinds of stains, damages, and lost items - report issues upon check-in.
