🚗 Our parking spaces are limited, so availability is not guaranteed.
🚗 If you require a spot, please let us know once you have arrived at Condo 22 by sending a photo of your vehicle showing the model, color and license plate so we can assign your space.


♿If you are a person with a disability, a person who uses a wheelchair, or a senior citizen, you have preferential parking and can use the elevator. We also have ramps for easy access.

This apartment is number 105-A and we have several available at the moment. It is located on the first floor; you can access via the elevator or by going up the stairs.

📌 GARAGE
You must enter through the pedestrian door using your access code. The switch is located inside on the right-hand wall (WHITE BUTTON). The gates open inward; they close automatically after 1 minute, or you can press the button again to close them. Please be careful; we are not responsible for any damage.

The building is still undergoing expansion and repairs; therefore, there may be noise during your stay.
