Welcome to our 2-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Warsaw at Królewska Street 43. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to major tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transportation stations. Each room fully equipped. It’s the perfect base for exploring Warsaw!

Dear guests,

Please keep in mind that all rooms are part of shared space and everybody needs to clean after themselves, throw away rubbish and take care of common parts (bathroom, kitchen).

The building is part of a residential community, and its residents have the right to carry out periodic renovation work. I am unable to control or predict such activities, but they usually take place during standard working hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM on weekdays). If renovation work occurs during your stay, it may cause temporary noise, which I, as the host, cannot influence.

We are also not able to control any building developments carried out outside of the building or in surrounding area at anytime.
