This is a private, luxurious one-bedroom apartment featuring a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living area. The apartment is not shared, ensuring you have full and exclusive access throughout your stay.
For guests who smoke, a designated smoking area is available outside the building for your convenience.
Please take care when using the windows. They are heavy and require careful handling. If needed, you may open them slightly for ventilation, but kindly avoid opening them fully or removing the latch, as this may cause damage. Any damage to the windows may result in repair costs being charged.
Kindly note that some windows may have minor water marks, and in a few cases, both panels may not fully open. We appreciate your understanding regarding these minor limitations.
Additionally, charging electric vehicles at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional charge of £50 per night.

During the summer months, keeping windows open may occasionally allow small insects or spiders to enter, despite thorough cleaning. We are happy to arrange an additional cleaning if needed; however, this would not qualify for a refund.
