This house was newly remodeled in 2024. It is well-insulated and on a quiet neighborhood street. The famous Clifton mansions are one street away. It is a very safe neighborhood that is walking distance to Good Samaritan Hospital (10 minutes), UC Medical Center (20 minutes), and Cincinnati Children's Medical Center (25 minutes). It is also walkable within 15 minutes to the University of Cincinnati, many coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and a theater at the center of Clifton. To look up distances to all other locations, map to "Good Samaritan Hospital". Please do not ask us to map locations for you.
The room includes modern furnishings that were purchased in 2025. Special features include: hypoallergenic bedding (no feathers), bedbug covers on the pillows and mattress, blackout curtains, free earplugs, a white noise machine, and a hospital-grade HEPA13 air filter in your room. You have access to three shared bathrooms, which are cleaned weekly. Hand towels and floor mats are washed at this time.
At night, all areas of the house are lit with night lights. Carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers are available on all floors. Cincinnati has one of the highest radon levels in the country, >4.0pCi/L in over half of the houses. This house has levels guaranteed below 1.5pCi/L which is below safety thresholds of both the EU (2.6) and EPA (4.0).

You have private access to a private bedroom. You also have free shared access to two full baths and one half bath, large kitchen with quartz countertops, dining room, living room, and large deck. Private access to the one-car garage can be purchased for $15/day.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the house or across the street. Driveway parking is not allowed, but you can reserve a private garage for $15/day.
We host many night shift traveling nurses and third shift workers, so please try to minimize noise in the house.
The house is set to 71-75 F (22-24 C) year round, and the temperature cannot be adjusted by guests. A portable space heater and tower fan will be provided.
No smoking inside or outside on the porch, deck, or lawn. If you smoke or vape on the property, you will be fined at least $100. If there is a fire safety risk, you will be asked to leave the property with no refunds.
Up to two adult guests are allowed in this listing. Children and pets are not allowed.
