Canoes & Pedal Boat: Explore the water at a relaxed pace directly from the shoreline. The pedal boat seats two and is foot-operated, offering a stable and easy way to enjoy the water.
Cross-Country Skiing (Starting 2026-2027): Ski trails will be available directly on the property during winter conditions, with cross-country ski gear provided. When snow and temperatures allow, the setting becomes a quiet, private winter retreat.

Swimming is not permitted due to seasonal algae conditions. The waterfront is ideal for paddling and enjoying the views, but we ask guests to remain out of the water.

House Rules
We’ve created SeaWolfe to be a peaceful, restorative place. To protect that experience for everyone, we ask guests to respect the following:
• No swimming in the water. Seasonal algae conditions make swimming unsafe. Paddling only.
• No parties or events. This is a quiet retreat property.
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
• No smoking inside the cottage.
