The Grand has incredible bay and city views and year-round bay breezes, plus it is just minutes away from everything Miami has to offer.

This impressive 42 story waterfront building is located directly across the Biscayne bay from South Beach in Miami’s Arts District.



The building provides an array of dining options, including fresh seafood at Casablanca On The Bay, Chinese cuisine at Tony Chan's Waterclub, authentic Italian dishes at Primo's and the flavorful menu at Los Gauchitos Argentinean Steak House.

The usage of Gym and Sauna is free of charge to all our guests.

This building is only a few miles from MIA airport and on the Biscayne bay. Long before you arrive, you'll get a welcome letter from us. We have office in the same building and there is 24 hour concierge and doormen. There is plenty of public transportation as well, but we recommend taxi, supper shuttle, or rental car.

We have parking as well that is in doors and well secured.
Guests will have the best location, within minutes from anywhere, by walking, public transportation, bike, or car.



Global Grand Management has an on-site office and our staff is there to serve 6 days a week. 
Office is located on the 2nd floor of retail area (suite 240).
There is also a concierge service 24/7.

The neighborhood

The Grand is located at 1717 North Bayshore Drive in the Miami Midtown Arts District, within walking distance of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the American Airlines Arena, Downtown Miami and the shops of Bayside Marketplace. It takes only a 10 minutes of drive across the bridge to get to the South Beach.

Just 3 minutes of walk takes you to a Publix Super Market and Wells Fargo Bank on Biscayne Blvd.

Guests can enjoy the new park next to the building with lighted basketball, tennis and a volleyball courts.

This waterfront building is perfectly located next to Sea Isle Marina — home to the Miami International Boat Show. Enjoy scenic charter cruises and proximity to downtown Miami and South Beach from our welcoming Biscayne Bay location.
