With wild ocean waves crashing right outside the windows, this oceanfront condo in The Tides by the Sea provides a front-row seat to Seaside's best. Outside, the beach, the ocean, and the Seaside Promenade await; inside, you'll find comfort, style, and beautiful, thoughtful decor. Come home from a day spent strolling on the sand to a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a vintage-style refrigerator, and a dining table for four. After you eat, you can flip on the electric fireplace, choose a movie to watch on the flatscreen TV, and curl up by the large picture windows with a view of the water.

The oceanfront Tides by the Sea is ideally situated at the southern tip of the famous Seaside Promenade, with grounds that include a seasonally heated outdoor pool, grills, and picnic areas. You'll be just a few steps from the beach, four blocks from the Seaside Golf Course, and one mile northeast of the scenic Tillamook Head Trail. Broadway Street - which marks the center of downtown Seaside and is lined with shops, restaurants, and casual eateries - is only three-quarters of a mile up the Promenade.

Acess to this vacation rental requires stairs.
Full kitchen (with The Tides' private blend of coffee).
No washer/dryer.
The pool is heated from March until September.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Your parking permits will be provided upon check-in, located at the front desk. Campers and boats are not allowed. There are unmarked parking spots on the west and south sides of the property. All other vehicles must park along the road where public parking is permitted. DO NOT park in the gravel area next to The Tides, your vehicle will be towed if it is left overnight.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
