We hold ourselves accountable to our bed & breakfast clientele, as well as our guests who rent the whole house for monthly rentals, for the consistent quality of furnishings and impeccable cleanliness that has consistently identified this Historic Guest House.

This 6-room house is located across from the prestigious Safe Harbor Shipyard, making the property ideal for sailing/racing teams. We’ve served as a home away from home for a number of sailing teams visiting Newport.
Whole house rental and our bed and breakfast guests have access to all areas of the property.

The surround is a theme of refreshing green foliage, add a water trickle to encourage mindfulness and now you have hygge; think of it as a bit of your childhood. This will be a magical surprise.

The driveway can comfortably fit 2 small cars or 1 SUV. For those using street parking, there’s plenty available along Washington Street! Just a quick note: after 6 PM, make sure to have a Newport sticker or a Guest Parking Pass.

אני בפנסיה ושכרתי את הבית הזה כנכס רשום בניופורט, קרוליינה הדרומית. בנוסף, אפשר להשכיר את הבית בשלמותו, ולעתים קרובות הוא מיועד לצוותי שיט או לארגונים מקצועיים. הבית הזה ממוקם בנוחות על המים ונמצא במרחק של 8 דקות הליכה למזח שבו תוכלו ליהנות מהרבה מהמסעדות, הקניות, השיט ופעילויות רבות אחרות. אני גם נהנה מכל מה שיש לניופורט להציע לאורך כל השנה, החל מהלילות הנעימים, המושלגים והיפים בדצמבר ובינואר ועד פסטיבל הג'אז העממי, פסטיבל הג'אז ביולי. אני קורא נלהב שנהנה מרומנים של סלינגר, כמו גם ביוגרפיות של אנשים החל ממלחים ועד נשיאים ואפילו ג'ואן אוף ארק, אחת מהאהובות עליי. אני אוהב לבשל לאורחים שלי ובאופן כללי יש לי כמה ארוחות ערב חגיגיות בכל עונה. חברים ובני משפחה הם חשובים, וחג ההודיה הוא אירוע שבועי ארוך בבית הזה עם שפע של אוכל וצחוק. גינון הוא הרגע שלי להתאפס ולשחזר מסגנון חיים עמוס מאוד...הגנים היפים מעניקים הנאה רבה בזמן שאני שותה קפה בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות. ליהנות מהליכה כמה פעמים בשבוע וחדר הכושר פעמיים בשבוע הוא פינוק נוסף. לאחר רקע של ההיסטוריה של האמנות, כמו גם שימור היסטורי; שיפצתי את הבית הזה בערך 1723 שעבורו קיבלתי את פרס השימור... לכן הגיוני להניח שאני מתעניין באופן משמעותי במראה של הבית הזה. נסיעות הן התשוקה האישית שלי ואני טיילתי בכל העולם ואהבתי לשמוע על הרפתקאות אחרות שהאורחים שלי נהנו מהן.
