We are a British family who have lived in Australia for 6 years on the northern fringe of the Gold Coast in a quiet street 5 minutes from the motorway which will take you to either Brisbane in around 45 minutes or the beaches and night life of the Gold Coast in around 30 minutes.
Our house has five bedrooms in total, three living areas, spacious kitchen, large garden and an outdoor pool with an adjacent barbecue area. All rooms have ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning.

This downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
There are also upstairs bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with a single bed, both share a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower across the landing. We can offer either of these rooms, subject to availability, at a reduced rate when booked with the first room.
These rooms are available on a separate listing so therefore may not be available.
Each room has ceiling fans, wardrobes and drawers.

We are five minutes from Dreamworld theme park and around ten minutes from Movie World and Wet'n Wild. We are near to Tambourine Mountain and the natural wonder of the Hinterland where you can bush walk, enjoy the magnificent scenery and visit wineries.
