Have your own classy and quiet apartment in Berlin's nicest, multi-faceted district Prenzlberg with perfect public-transport connection to all areas of the city, plenty of original small stores and bars, cozy cafés, the famous Mauerpark and the best hand-made ice-cream in Berlin - all in walking distance; the apartement comes with features such as 2 bikes, a dishwasher, a crazy induction-milk frother, your own clothes rail, a working desk, a guitar, a chandelier and much more!

The apartment is fully equipped. It is in the 4th floor (free stairs-climbing butt-workout included). It is absolutely quite bcs it is in the rear house with windows to the yard. The kitchen comes with dishwasher, a washing machine, oven, freezer, fancy induction milk frother and all tools needed for cocking. The bathroom has got two windows and a bathtub easily transformable into a shower, mirror and lots of light. Here you also find clotheshorse, iron and ironing board. The main room has a huge window and offers a round dining table, a big working desk, a couch (usable as 1 person bed), an empty clothes rail you can use, as well as a guitar to play with if you like!

You will live alone in the apartment during your stay. You can use all the things described plus what we agreed upon bilaterally, respectively, for instance two bikes, a bike helmet, umbrellas and the like

Prenzlauerberg is literally the most beautiful and multi-faceted district in Berlin. You can spend days in just strolling around, finding nice original shops, cafés and bars. Among the favorites: Café Zucker or Café Kraft for outstanding brunch and coffee; the little restaurant Kanaan with delicious Iraqi food, perfectly combinable with the freshest Pilsner Urquell tank beer in the bar Kohlenquelle across the street; must-see flee and art market in Mauerpark with the legendary bearpit-karaoke in the park's amphitheatre. The apartment is also next to a big shopping centre (Schönhauser Allee Arkaden) with groceries, drugstores and the like.
If you want to explore the city you're gonna enjoy the outstanding public transport connections. The station Schönhauser Allee is 1 minute walking distance with connection to the circle line (Ringbahn), the tube (U2) stopping at plenty of sights and trams bringing you to the city in 15 minutes.
And if you fancy a little swim, the lake Weißer See is just 15 minutes cycling ;)
