This listing is for the first floor of my bi-level home and offers more privacy than my other queen bedroom. There are 2 twin beds in the room and a couch for a third guest. Guests are also welcome to spend time in the upstairs living room and kitchen. My kitchen is equipped with all the usual cookware, a microwave, gas range, and dish washer. French doors from the eating area open out on to a spacious deck where guests can enjoy the cool Colorado evenings in a quiet place.

I love the central location of my home which is within 15 minutes of downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and the South Gate of the Air Force Academy. There is both an Safeway and a King Sooper's grocery store within a mile of my home and many little restaurants including Thai, Ramen, BBQ, Starbucks, and Mediterranean.

Free Breakfast and Coffee! I provide guests with bagels with various spreads (cream cheese, butter, jam, peanut butter) and bananas for breakfast and have a Keurig coffee machine available at all times.

My place has wifi but no television. Sorry!

I live in this home and host guests in a room upstairs. My other listing, Vintage Queen Getaway near Garden of the Gods, is great for couples and a bit more quaint than downstairs. Please check it out if interested! I hope to be available to you as much as possible. You are welcome to contact me using the Airbnb platform anytime! I do work from 7 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday, so I will not physically be available during those times. I will do my best to assist however I can.

I think this listing is best for 1-2 people. I offer an option of a third person on the couch in the downstairs living room for deep sleepers. Unfortunately, the living room opens to the main stairwells so it doesn't offer complete privacy or quiet. Be warned.

As stated above, I have no television in my home, but I do have wifi. Guests are welcome to stream media on their personal laptops during their stay....or enjoy a tech-free vacation in my peaceful home : )

My house has a strict no smoking policy, which includes 420.

My immediate neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The area behind me is undeveloped, and I love to sit on the deck and read a book. Within a mile of my place, though, are several grocery stores and many restaurants. The central location of my house and its nearness to Highway 25 is great--downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and the South Gate of the Air Force Academy are all a quick drive away.
