Your family has room to relax with two master bedrooms with bathrooms, a cozy living room with high end furnishings, and full eat in kitchen and balcony. Throw open the upstairs windows for a peak of the ocean and gorgeous sunset! The private garage has a washer and dryer. Outside, you'll find a BBQ grill, picnic area, and an outdoor shower for sandy kids!

What was once the historic Philippine Islands Market is now an exclusive four unit luxury condominium. In the second unit, you'll find clean lines and open airy spaces. The two master bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and full bed below. It also has a large closet and bathroom (all linens and towels are provided). Both bedrooms have a peek view of the ocean. The kitchen, dining, living room, balcony, and half bath are located on the second floor. Each sink has a second faucet for filtered drinking water. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. The garage is located on the ground floor, and has a full size washer and dryer.

Our guests have access to the entire condo, plus a shared space which includes a built in BBQ, picnic table, and outdoor shower. The shared space is first come first served.

Our guests must climb a flight of stairs to access the main floor of the condo, and another flight of stairs to access the bedrooms. There is no other way to enter the condo, so unfortunately our condo is not wheelchair accessible and guests must be physically able to climb multiple flights of stairs.
We do not allow parties, loud music, or an excess of people in the condo at anytime. If we suspect these activities, we will not accept your reservation, or this may result in a non-refundable fee.

Truly walking distance to all of Pismo's attractions! One block from the beach, down the boardwalk from the pier, a block from the upscale Sea Venture restaurant, and stumbling distance to Harry's Bar and Nightclub. Pancho's Surf Shop and the famous Splash Cafe are nearby! There are numerous hiking trails in the area, private and chartered fishing opportunities, and kayak rentals in the nearby Shell Beach. A quick 5 minute drive down Dolliver will take you to the Oceano Dunes where you can rent and ride ATVs, dune buggies, ride horses, or go for a leisurely drive along the ocean in your vehicle. Walk North along the miles of white sand to the dinosaur caves. Sycamore Hot Springs, located between Pismo and Avila beach, is a full service spa, but also rents natural hot tubs secluded in the hillside trees, by the hour! I could go on and on. The possibilities are endless with this gem in the heart of "Pismodise"!
