"Rosemount Cottage" is a one bedroom self contained studio with a quiet peaceful cottage appeal set amongst a tropical rainforest garden in the hills of Rosemount on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Queensland. Relax and unwind in this tranquil setting where you will wake up to the early morning calls of birds singing in the beautiful landscape of lush greenery.
Here you can enjoy total privacy with everything you need at your fingertips.

Although close to the main house the studio is positioned so as to create complete privacy for guests. It is located on a 2 acre property tucked away in the hills of Rosemount on the Sunshine Coast. This cosy yet spacious studio is surrounded by an abundance of a variety of palms and tropical plants, making it the perfect little weekend getaway yet having the convenience of only being 15 mins to local beaches.

The studio has it's own private entrance and is appointed with a lounge and dining space, kitchenette, large separate bedroom, WIR and ensuite.

The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, bench top oven, dishwasher plus all added appliances, saucepans and glass wear to make it a fully self contained kitchen.
Condiments (salt, pepper, oil), tea, coffee, milk, cereal and a variety of herbal teas are provided.

For your convenience we supply, towels, hand wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The large bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and air conditioning for your comfort. There is also a single bed in this space if needed.

For those guests staying during the winter months we do supply extra blankets as well as a heater for those chillier nights.

Attached to the bedroom there is a large WIR which leads into the ensuite bathroom containing a shower, toilet and basin vanity.

Outside there is a large deck where you will find a table and chair setting to sit back and relax with a good book or glass of wine.

Should you wish to dine outside, there is a an outside light and Webber BBQ.

When arriving at the property, turn into the bitumen driveway and drive straight ahead (the driveway veers left up a hill...that's the neighbour's property) and you will be able to park in front of the studio on the right hand side close to the gardens.
On arrival please text or call as we don't always hear cars pull up from the main house.

The property is located a short 10-15 minute drive from the gorgeous beaches of the Sunshine Coast, Mudjimba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore to mention just a few.

There is a shopping plaza located just 7 minutes down the road in Nambour plus a laundromat directly across the road from the Plaza if you require.

The Sunshine Coast is home to an abundance of delicious eateries and cafe's but one to mention is "The Guru" in Rosemount which is a convenient 4 minute drive from the property. Here you can enjoy a relaxing setting to enjoy your coffee overlooking a pond that is home to ducks and other birdlife..

If you wish to take a drive to the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland you will find it just an easy 15-20 minute drive to visit the popular destinations of Maleny and Montville.

היי! אני ג'ינה, ובעלי בוב ואני גרים בנכס שלנו כבר כשנתיים, אחרי שעברנו לחוף השמש היפהפה ממקאיי בצפון קווינסלנד. אנחנו ממש אוהבים את סגנון החיים שיש לסאני קוסט להציע, ולדעתנו אף פעם לא חסרים לנו דברים לעשות או מקומות לבקר בהם. יש לנו 3 בנות מדהימות, 3 חמים נפלאים ו-8 נכדים יפים, ובקרוב 9. בוב עובד במשרה מלאה במהלך השבוע כמנהל בעסק ארצי, ואני עובדת במשרה חלקית בטיפול קהילתי. כרפלקסולוגית מוסמכת, אני גם עובדת מהבית במרפאה הביתית שלי. לבוב ולי יש תשוקה משותפת לאורח חיים בריא, לאכול מזון מלא ולהישאר פעילים. אני אוהבת יוגה צ'י גונג ומתאמנת בשיעורים מאז שעברתי לכאן, ואילו בוב תמיד נמצא בנכס ברוב סופי השבוע, דבר שהוא נהנה ממנו מאוד!
