I like to think of my place as a cozy escape. It gets pretty good light on a sunny day. The neighborhood is amazing (my favorite in all of Brooklyn) and it's easy to get throughout Brooklyn from the nearby G or to Manhattan via the not-too-far 7 train in Long Island City. Also a short walk from trendy Williamsburg. My place is 420 friendly but NOT cigarette friendly. I have most of the movie channels as well as a chromecast in the bedroom and appleTV in the living room which has Hulu & Netflix.

I like to call my place "the penthouse". It's the top floor of a 3 -story house. Each level is a private apartment. So you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to get there - there is no elevator. There is a couple that lives in the basement and cooks often so the hallway does not always smell amazing, but the smell never seeps into the apartment. My bed is a queen sized bed that's *very* soft. The bed frame is a little creaky. You are welcome to use my Vitamix, Nutribullet, and Nespresso machine.

Greenpoint is my favorite neighborhood in Brooklyn *and* the northern-most neighborhood in Brooklyn. You can citi-bike over to Williamsburg or Long Island City in just a few minutes. There's also a bus stop right in front of my building that will take you north to Long Island City. Highly recommend Via for cheap rides anywhere and everywhere during non-rush hour times.
