One of only a few warehouse apartments in historic, inner city Spring Hill on the doorstep of the CBD. 10 mins stroll to the Valley, Howard Smith Wharves, Queen St Mall... Travel might be restricted right now, but you’ll feel like you’re in another world when staying at the loft.
* Parking: Secure onsite, undercover parking for one vehicle (height max 2m).
Metered street parking is available for additional cars. Street parking is free 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.
Wi-Fi, Stan TV, and Air con.
Mezzanine office, so you can keep working from home.
3 unique bedrooms (2 ensuited) with BIR’s.
Modern, fully equipped, sleek kitchen with dishwasher & microwave.
3 beautiful, fresh bathrooms.
Spacious lounge/dining with soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed truss, character brick walls.
Massive feature arched and sash windows, to allow the Queensland sun to filter through.
Or block out the rays with plantation shutters.
Euro laundry with washing machine & dryer.
Oak flooring throughout.
Secure building with CCTV, intercom and apartment front door security camera.
All linen provided.
Apartment is thoroughly cleaned to assist with the health and safety of our guests.
* This is strictly a NO PARTY HOUSE. Please read our house rules for full details.
* Noise curfew:
No noise after 10pm Sunday - Thursday
No noise after 10.30pm Friday & Saturday
* Creatives - please contact me first and explain how many crew and how much equipment will be in the loft. We do not accept offers to use our loft in “exchange” for photos, promotion etc. Nor do we give discounts. We accept paid bookings only (2 day min). If you use our space for a shoot then you must respect the property, not cause any damage, if you move furniture it must be returned to its original positioning, and furniture must be carefully lifted and placed not dragged.
* Wedding parties, please read house rules. Extra fees apply. We do not host hens or bucks do’s.
* Please note that check-in is from 2pm onward. If you want an early check-in, please book the night prior also to secure. Check out time is 10am.

ThIs is strictly a no party house (no functions, gatherings, parties etc).
Noise curfew:
No noise after 10pm Sunday - Thursday
No noise after 10.30pm Friday and Saturday
The apartment is accessible via stairs only (approximately 20). There is no lift access.
The apartment has a mezzanine level with stairs, glass balustrading overlooking the living area below and a built in desk/home office. There is no child gate. This combination may not be suitable for young children.
Rubbish truck collection days are early Wednesday mornings. As expected with rubbish trucks, there will be some unavoidable noise.
The apartment is located in a secure building with CCTV and external apartment front door security camera.
