Private bedroom with king size pillow-top bed and attached bathroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room, fully-appointed kitchen, and private balcony or patio. Located only 1 & 1/2 blocks off of the strip.

Each bed has two nightstands, each with two USB charging ports as well as a regular power outlet. There are breakfast items available at the bar in the lobby from 7am - 11am. Most items are under $10.

With the one-bedroom unit, the bathroom is located within the bedroom.

From the front desk, which is operated 24-hours a day, you will be issued a card that is a key to your building, your condo, the swimming pool area and the fitness center.
There is free self-parking at the resort, and you will be given a parking pass upon checking in.

The Desert Rose Resort is a timeshare, rather than a standard resort. You may be invited to attend a 90-minute timeshare presentation in exchange for something. You are under NO obligation to do so and may decline without any penalty.

When checking in, the resort will use your credit card for a $250 FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit, which will show as a “pending” transaction during your stay. Cash may not be used for the refundable security deposit.

The timeshare provides ZERO (0) REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. If you are uncertain of which dates you would be staying, it is best to wait until your schedule is established before making a reservation request.
