My place is a newly renovated and with a great sea view. It is located in a high-end area and is great for anyonw who love to live in quiet places with fresh air, sea view and birds singing.

My place is bright, modern and cozy with a lovely sea view to watch the Sunrise. It is located away from the city noise and dust, where you wake up to the birds singing. Yet you can reach Varna center by car within 8-10 min.
The apartment building is only a few years old with lockable front door and free private parking.

There is a nice common area with a table with a shelter and a barbecue free to use, a small children's' slide too.

My place is located at the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so keep that in mind.
It is not suitable for big parties and loud people.
The big supermarkets are in about 5 min car ride. There is only one small food shop in the area, so get your food on the way home :-)
In general, my apartment location is great if you use a car because you don't drive through traffic and has a parking lot. If you don't mind a little walking though, it's good for you too.
