First I want to welcome you to come to London, and second I want to say that this price for the house is truly really really cheap, the reason is only because my flatmate went back to China quite unexpected and I am renting the house urgently.

This house is around Clapham Common area, it is a quite living area, outside the house is the huge Clapham Common Park. Also it is a convenient area, 5 mins walk to Tesco and 10 mins walk to ASDA ( a super big supermarket which open 24 hours), 10 mins walk to Clapham Junction shopping area, around there, it has Waitress, TKmax, boots and so on.

The transportation is amazingly convenient, 1 seconds walk to the bus station, so basically the bus station just in front of the house, you can even wait the bus at home. The bus can directly go to Clapham Common tube station(3mins), Clapham Junction train station( 3mins) , London bridge, Liverpool street and so on. Don’t worry about coming back late at night, you don’t need to walk in the cold winter night. Just get off the bus and the house is in front of you.

When you walk inside the house, it is a kitchen, you can cook by yourself. You are welcome to use all the things in the kitchen, washing machine, microwave, oven…. BTW, when you drink in the kitchen, it seems that you are in a bar. Then through another door, is your room. There are plenty of spaces of this room, huge cozy sofa, and two king size beds. One of the bed seems like a loft( in the air).

Next is the toilet, the toilet is just in between of this room and another room, I will put all my staff in another room, which means I may not even be at home. Most of the time, you own the whole house. Well, you are also welcome to rent another room, if you are whole family come to London for holiday, let’s say, 6-8 people, then you can rent the whole house.( If you want to rent the whole property, you can see the other advertisement of mine).

Inside the house, you have warm heater, Wi-Fi. You can use everything, including the quilts, plates, glasses, pans, candles, Christmas tree , sunshine ……..
Make your feel comfortable and respect your privacy are my priority.
