Comfortable, private home very close to Bethel Woods on a quiet dead-end street in a desirable mountain lake community. Two bedrooms & a loft, WiFi, heat/AC, deck with BBQ grill, picnic table & fire pit. In the heart of the Sullivan County Catskills centrally located to the many attractions this vacation recreation area has to offer: site seeing, concerts, hiking, camping, skiing, breweries/wineries, boating, parks, antiquing, casinos, wedding venues, museums, Delaware River, hunting/fishing etc

Two bedroom cottage in desirable Smallwood NY. Inflatable queen size air mattress located in the loft for a couple of extra guests to sleep on, as well as two couches in the living room. Propane ventless fireplace in the living room. Electric fireplace in master bedroom. Hardwood floors in the living room and one bedroom. All linens and kitchenware is provided, but feel free to bring your own. I offer super fast Spectrum wifi for your devices. There is a Roku TV where you can logo into your Netflix or Hulu account. There is also a DVD player with several DVD's. No cable or satellite channels. There is a deck off of the master bedroom with a BBQ grill & patio set. There is also a picnic table & fire pit in the yard. The cottage sits on a larger lot with close by neighbors, so please respect them, keep noise at a minimum and do not host any parties. Air conditioning/heat, WiFi, trash pickup, lawn maintenance and laundry are all included.

This is a full access private cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Absolutely no loud parties or gatherings. Camp fires in the fire pit must be kept small. If you plan on spending any length of time outside in the warmer months or hiking bug spray is strongly recommended. If you plan to fish please bring your own poles as none are provided. You will also need a NYS fishing license. Dogs need to be leashed when outside of the house and cleaned up after.

Lovely residential mountain lake community with a mix of all year round and seasonal homes. Lots of quiet roads that are great for walking and biking. Several hiking trails and parks nearby. Nearby ponds and lakes to fish in with public access. Motor boat rentals are available in season at two locations on White Lake. Town of Bethel dog park and also the Bethel Forest Preserve are less than a mile away. Many restaurants within a three mile radius and beyond. White Lake/Kauneonga Lake is moments away with seasonal boat rentals and lakeside dining. Lake Superior State Park is also moments away with swimming and fishing. Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is less then 5 miles away. Resorts World Catskills Casino is 10 miles away. Dollar General is a couple moments away in case you forget something. WalMart is less than 10 miles away as well.
